POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE Pursuant to the provisions of the 1998 Federal Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), our policy is to refuse individuals under the age of 13 years of age to submit information to the Site or to become an account holder. We therefore do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 years of age.
